These terms apply when you browse or buy from the AKEWZ Store website. AKEWZ Store is a New Zealand business and sells products in trade. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We make and sell 3D-printed products. We take care to describe and photograph each product accurately. Because products are 3D printed, small variations in colour, texture, layer lines and finish may occur. These normal variations are not faults.

Product colours may also look slightly different on different screens. Measurements are approximate unless we state otherwise.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charge will be shown before you complete your order.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and we have accepted the order. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and arrange a refund or another suitable solution.

You are responsible for checking that your order details, product choices, email address and delivery address are correct before completing payment.

Made-to-order and custom products

Many AKEWZ products are made after an order is placed. Production times may vary depending on the product and the number of orders already being made.

For a custom order, you must have permission to use any design, image, logo or print file you provide. We may decline material that we reasonably believe is unlawful, unsafe or infringes another person’s intellectual property rights.

Once work has started on a made-to-order or personalised product, we may not be able to accept a cancellation or change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or does not match what was ordered.

Delivery

Delivery prices and available locations are shown during checkout or confirmed with you for products requiring a delivery quote.

Delivery dates are estimates. We will do our best to dispatch orders promptly, but delays caused by couriers, weather, supply issues or events outside our reasonable control may occur. Please contact us if your parcel is significantly delayed or arrives damaged.

Returns, faults and refunds

We do not have to provide a refund simply because you change your mind, although we may choose to help where reasonable and where production has not started.

If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, does not match its description or is not fit for its normal purpose, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, if helpful, photographs of the problem.

We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate solution may be a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under New Zealand consumer law.

Product use and safety

Please follow any care, assembly and safety information supplied with a product. Unless a listing specifically says otherwise, do not assume a 3D-printed product is suitable for food contact, dishwasher use, high temperatures, children under three, medical use or safety-critical use.

AKEWZ Store is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, failure to follow instructions or use for a purpose the product was not designed for. This does not limit any legal rights that cannot be excluded.

Website information

We try to keep product information, availability and prices accurate. If we discover a genuine mistake, we will contact you before processing the affected order and give you the option of continuing with the corrected information or receiving a refund.

Privacy

We collect and use personal information to process orders, arrange delivery, communicate with customers and operate the shop. More information will be available on our Privacy Policy page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the shop, its services or relevant laws change. The terms displayed when you place an order will apply to that order.

New Zealand law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any dispute will be dealt with under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
